When a car is returned and the user clicks on End rental on the Order the branch for the unit is automatically updated to the branch that matches the drop-off location for the order.
It does not matter whether the Rental is ended to Cleaning or to Service. The Branch will become that of the drop-off location.
When it is time to clean the car the employee responsible for the cleaning will need to update the branch when completing the cleaning report. That will allow other employees to see where the unit is located after cleaning.
On the Deliveries > Branches report it is possible to get an overview of upcoming rentals and the current location of the unit assigned to the order. This can help fleet managers in figuring out if units need to be transported between branches.
